1. Data Collection

Ajala collects location data only when the app is in "Focus Mode" or navigating. This is strictly to provide real-time landmark alerts and "Prepare to Drop" notifications. We do not track your location in the background when the app is closed.

2. Guardian Mode

When you trigger the HELP system, your live coordinates are shared with your selected guardians via the Ajala network. This data is encrypted and only accessible to the people you have authorized.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We use anonymized transit patterns (e.g., "Which hub is busiest at 5 PM?") to improve the Lagos Grid Mapping for all users.
